March Update

March is here and already so much has gone on. Here is what is going on in Tanith's world this month.

Tanith had to select a country to do a presentation on at school. She decided on China and method of deliver she used a PowerPoint presentation. She had a choice of an essay, poster board, brochure, or PowerPoint. I got her started and gave her a few tips and she really owned putting it all together. I ran into her teacher after she presented and she had nothing but positive feedback. Here is a look at the presentation and some feedback from her teacher and other students.

Happy Purim. The girls together making Hamantaschen cookies. This year they have graduated to making the dough, so from start to finish they made cookies and did a great job. The tasted delicious too.

Always playing games together. Flavor of the month is Clue and she is getting more strategic in her playing skills now.

Found these on my phone...Selfies by Tanith

Received this memo in the mail today. Tanith was selected from her class for an award this month. She received the award for Perseverance. She has come a long way this year thanks to a great teacher and hard work...so proud.

Busy week. The next day we had Lunch on the Lawn. Love these events and the opportunity to relax with Tanith at school and enjoy a special lunch picnic style.

Special day with daddy. He had to work, but had a great partner.

Finally the tooth is out and now she is ready the to start the process of getting braces. Tanith again said she did not believe that the Tooth Fairy was real and that I took her tooth and put the money in. I could not help myself, but told her that it is okay if she does not believe anymore, but the Tooth Fairy will not come unless she believes...okay, this may be the last time I can pull that one off.
Picking flowers at grandmas. She loves to garden and has learned a lot from her grandma...thankfully since mommy has a "black thumb".

Play date with BFF from preschool Sophia. They had not seen each other in over a year but you could not tell by the way the got along.

Another daddy lunch time surprise.

Passover - did not get a lot of pictures :(
