Another April 1 has past and I still remember it like it was yesterday...Our Referral Day. The day we got the call and found out we were going to be parents. And every year since, I share the story with Tanith about where I was when the phone rang and I received the best news of my life. Now eleven years later and your almost 12 years old...the blessing continues. Your not do little anymore, your a young lady and growing up so fast...too fast. I love you so much!

Tanith had an I interview today for an elective class she want to take in 7th grade. She did great. I loved how she described what I do for a living...which is training employees on their jobs for a Reverse Mortgage company. She said, I am a teacher that helps old people pay their bills and her dad is a police officer in LA County. Then at the end of the interview she thanked the teacher for her time and that it was a pleasure to meet her. ❤️

 Covid and Life Update. 

It is hard to believe that it has been a year since the effects of the Corona Virus really hit us. It was a year ago that the lock downs began. It’s been a long year, but hopefully we are seeing a turn for the better. Vaccines are becoming more available and slowly making its way down to more and more people. First the elderly, first responders and now finally essential workers. Eventually the rest of us will have our vaccines too. It’s a process with massive vaccination sites all over California and appointments required. Surprisingly it has been very organized. Tanith is still 100% virtual for school and has virtual play dates with her friends. As of March 1, her school reopened for hybrid learning, but we are keeping T home. Just feels safer until more restrictions are lifted. At least her grandparents got their shots and have remained healthy.
