Feb 4 - Today was our celebration in Chinatown for the Chinese New Year...the year of the Rooster. This is our 6th year celebrating with the Families with Children from China (FCC) group and the girls all had a wonderful time. Another great time with friends, family, food, and fun...looking forward to next year.

Chinatown - Empress Pavilion Restaurant
Feb 11 - Hsi Lai Temple. Had a great opportunity to visit the largest Buddhist temple in the U.S. The temple was built in 1988 and practically located in our back door in Hacienda Heights. We shared the day with the McDonough/Cooks, grandma/pa and it included a vegetarian lunch and a tour of the temple.
