November Update

It's finally feeling like Fall.  The heat waves are hopefully behind us and we can now break out the sweaters and boots.

Nov 1 - Survived another Halloween, but will not lie, everyone was a bit sluggish getting up to start the new month.

What's New:

Oh my gosh!  Tanith informed me that when I’m upset with her, I end my request or statement with the word period. For instance, "Tanith you need to go to bed period!"  As if I’m saying the end and do not argue with me. Ha ha, I found this interesting as I had no idea I did this.

11/4: Last official game of the season and Tanith played great defense and almost scored a goal playing center midfielder. So proud...what an improvement from the first game. Starting off with no clue on what to do and ended the season playing strong! We still have the playoffs and end of year party.

Tanith and her buddy Sarah...playing (beating) mommy at Trouble game.

Looking extra cute on our way to school today wearing her new dress and boots...Yeah for Fall weather.

Silly girl, I come into her room and find her laying on her dresser. No words!

Annual check-up at the doctors. Appointment went well, Tanith received her flu shot...but was nervous and not happy about having to get one. Good news to report...she survived the ordeal. Tanith is doing well and on track with her health and development.
Height - 4'5 (63 percentile)
Weight - 67.8 (76 percentile)
Hearing - passed
Vision - (L- 20/30) (R- 20/28)
17.7 BMI

11/10- Another mommy ha ha moment. Driving home from soccer, I told Tanith that "being patient wins the race" and she said, "no mommy, slow and steady wins the race".  She is right!

11/12- Final playoff games for the season. Girls played their hearts out playing three games over two days. Tanith had a lot of fun and is looking forward to playing again next year. Girls still have one more get together next week to celebrate the end of soccer this year.

End of Soccer Season Bowling Party!

After a long time of trying, Nov 19 marked the day that Tanith blew her first ever bubble. Gum of choice was Bubble Yum..which does matter :)

Playing Mexican Train domino game with grandma/pa!

Daddy/Daughter Days - while mommy worked during the holiday break, they had a blast with friends, miniature golf, bowling, movies, and backing tasty treats.

Thanksgiving is here. One of our smallest family gatherings in a long time, but had a nice time and enjoyed great food.
